Please note that at this time I am booking two to three weeks out. The sooner you contact me and setup your shoot, the better chance you have to book the date you want. If you can do your shoot during the week, you will have better availability. The weekend dates tend to book up fast and currently around 3 - 4 weeks out for booking.

How to book a Session


In order to book a session, you need to pay for the session fee first. Both will cost the same amount and it is truly up to you how you want to pay. The first and preferred method is through Groupon. Here is the link to my Groupon Page where you can purchase the session fee. The second method is directly through my booking page.

Can I share Ideas for my shoot?


Heck Yes! I love the fact that you have a concept in mind and willing to share those ideas with me. By sharing your ideas, you give me a better frame of what you are looking for from your photo shoot. You can share idea through Pinterest idea boards. Just please be aware that we can't always get the same exact look you see in the image. There are many variables from location, time of day, weather, lighting conditions, etc. It is more ideal to share POSING ideas and general concepts as I can usually work with those much easier.

Can I use these images for Commercial Use?


"Commercial Use" means that you are financially benefitting in some way from the images being used. The images from this Groupon deal are meant to be personal use only. You can share the images on social media with family and friends as long as they are not intended to advertise products or promote your business blog or website. Some other examples of commercial use would be content for OnlyFans, Patreon or similar services. Please be up front with me if you intend to use the images commercially. We will need to discuss additional licensing for commercial use.

Wardrobe Changes?


Yes, you can do multiple wardrobe changes. Just be aware that some locations are not ideal for changing outfits, and you lose time from your session.

The effort you put into your Session!


How much preparation, effort and work you put into your session will ultimately determine the results. One of the biggest impacts on the session will be your choice of clothing. This is the singular most important choice you can make which will have the biggest impact on how your photos look, if you do nothing else.


If you bring meaningful props to the shoot depending on what your session will be about may also accent your session and help deliver some great results.


I can deliver great images and help set you up for posing but the work you put into your session will help elevate things. I can't create a connection between you and your partner if it isn't there, you both need to participate.


I like to see interaction between people in the photo shoot and the more of this the better. Don't be afraid to do something. If something isn't working, I will tell you. If I need to adjust things during the shoot I will make those changes. The key thing to remember is "Don't hold back". Show me the love you have for each other and in family shoots, show me the relationships you have with one another. Laugh, have fun and show me who you are!!

What will this cost me?


Your Groupon covers the session fee and a free mobile gallery of 5 - 10 photos from your shoot. No digital files or print products will be provided from the shoot! You will need to make those additional purchases.


You will have access to the digital gallery where you can view all the images from your session. You will be able to choose from a variety of collections from the budget side to the more elegant Luxury side. You can also purchase the digital files with no prints. The Luxury collections include all digital files from the session.


Budget packages start at $45 and the Luxury packages start at $750 which include digital files. For those wanting ONLY digital files, the digital file collections start at $150.

Weather Guarantee


Just kidding! There is no guarantee with Florida weather especially in the summer time! Often weather can impact your session and that's sometimes unfortunate. I do try to reschedule another sunset shoot if possible. If scheduling doesn't permit that, I may offer to reschedule your shoot the following morning.

What is the best way to contact you?

Initially you should fill out my contact inquiry form. This puts a lead in my customer relations management software (CRM) and helps me document and follow up with you.

Once I have your information, I can contact you by phone to discuss details of your photo session and your ideas for what you want to happen. If you have any further questions after our consult, feel free to call or email me.

All communication after this pre-consultation will be emails and text on the day of your shoot.

What is your Style?

I generally define my style as "Light and Airy". I love creating nice clean images for clients. If they wish to modify these images on social media, I have no issue with that. I would recommend leaving the images unfiltered for printing.

What do you recommend for outfits for our shoot?

This is entirely up to you. I don't know what many of you look like so its hard for me to recommend specifically.

I do recommend the following. Coordinate your clothing with other members in your shoot. If you go casual, everyone should have casual outfit. Solid colors are best and keep these colors light. We are on the beach or park and your clothing should reflect that. Avoid patterns and logos. You want the images to look timeless. Hair, makeup, nails and such should be done well in advance.

Please note to exercise caution while sunbathing. Many visitors come to relax and enjoy the beach. It is easy to forget this and end up very sunburnt before your shoot. Just be mindful of this

Are you good with photographing kids?

Yes, I love photographing kids and will do my best to warm them up to me during our shoot. Some preparation may help smooth the way such as informing your littles that we will be visiting a photographer and his name is Bill. Introduce me to your little ones as if we were old friends and they will see that.

For kids that are 5 and under, please be aware that their attention spans are fairly short so I would do many of the shoots with them up front while they are fresh and energetic. As we proceed and they lose interest, I can focus on couples shoots and groups which involve older individuals. We can then swing back to a full group shot for the sunset photo and hopefully they will be engaged again by that time. This usually works well for me.

What if I have more than 6 people in my group?

Groupon is meant for up to 6 people. This is a typical family session and my number reflects that. However, if you have a larger group for a reunion or a once in a lifetime gathering of all party members, I can accomodate.

For each additional person a $5 charge will be added.

What if weather is icky, what should I do?

You will receive an email 24 hours before your shoot. I include my text number for you to contact me. If the weather is predicted to be lousy, contact me first and lets discuss our options. Summer in Florida can create situations where it might seem to be lousy weather but end up resulting in epic sunsets. Discuss with me before cancelling.

Can we reshoot?

Most times I try to make every available effort to reschedule another sunset shoot. If this is not possible, we may attempt an early morning shoot for the following day.

In the event weather causes a cancellation, you will be refunded any payments.

What if someone in my group gets sick?

In the age of COVID-19, please use your best judgement on this. If that person is experiencing a fever while sick, I would recommend rescheduling if possible or cancellation. This is to protect both you and myself from possibly getting sick.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Nope. I will be photographing you and your family. Unless you *want* to be photographed that way for a purpose then you do NOT need to wear a mask.

I also do not wear masks for these photo sessions. We are out in the open with fresh air and it is not necessary. If you want me to keep my distance, let me know.

What should I do if I need to cancel my shoot?

Contact me ASAP and inform me that you need to cancel. This way I can re-open the date for any other people who may need to book a shoot.

If you have pre-paid your photo shoot, all but the retainer will be refunded to you. I will refund the retainer if I can book another shoot that day.

I am not happy with my session, can I get a refund?

If for some reason you are not happy with your pictures, please contact me to see if we can resolve the issue.

If you have downloaded the digital files, no refunds will be issued. Once you have downloaded the digital files there is no way to prove that you have deleted these files. If you are not happy with the gallery as you see it, DO NOT DOWNLOAD and please inform me. We can discuss how to resolve your issue with a reshoot or a possible refund. Once you have downloaded the digitials, a refund is not possible.

If you have received prints without any digital files you may be eligible to get a refund. All prints must be returned. I do ask that you make a good faith effort with me to resolve your issues before a refund is granted. I am always happy to hear feedback on how I can improve my service.
